					<description><![CDATA[We really enjoyed this cheesecake...I did notice after we let it chill in the refrigerator for the 2 hours it was a bit soft...but very tasty...once it chilled overnight...it was like a regular cheesecake...I used Splenda in place of Swerve and it worked perfectly...I&#039;m going to freeze half of it...thanks for sharing your recipe...]]></description>
