					<description><![CDATA[Absolutely delicious! I’ve made this recipe several times both with pumpkin and without. When I make it without the pumpkin, I add more cauliflower. I like it both ways. Some family members refuse to eat pumpkin anything so I make it without the pumpkin for them. I also use frozen riced cauliflower and have found I need about half the broth since the frozen cauliflower contains more moisture in it. Try it! It is delicious!]]></description>
