]]> By: Roberta https://lowcarbyum.com/chicken-piccata-with-angel-hair-pasta/#comment-207400 Tue, 29 Dec 2020 17:24:13 +0000 https://lowcarbyum.com/?p=26040#comment-207400 Hi Lisa, I'm Italian, and I just write to let you know that here another version of Piccata is, other than with chicken or veal as you wrote, also with swordfish fillets: just to have another varaition on the menu with the base of this versatile recipe 😉 Also, another recipe inspired by the proper "piccata" the way it is usually known, is with mayonnaise instead of the lemon-butter sauce (a sort of tuna-veal, if you know that recipe that mixes mayo with tuna and covers veal roast slices with this cream, topping it with cappers). This last dish has to be prepared in advamce and served cold, though. Thanks for your doable recipes that doesn't require to sacrifice taste for healthy eating.
