Followed the recipe with suspicion. I found it to be nothing like Bailey’s or any other Irish Cream. Way too sweet, too much chocolate and Almond. And did I mention way too sweet. 
I keep trying to water it down with more cream, but running out of cream and storage options.]]></description>

What I like to do is cut the amount in half and use a concentrated sweetener like stevia or monk fruit for half the sweetness.
