This is excellent. So creamy, rich, and satisfying. I used large avocados instead of medium. I used cacao 1/4 c + 1/8 c instead of the cocoa powder. I also used 1 T Agave instead of the stevia. Added a pinch of salt and 3 T of Bailey's Irish Cream. Wow, adding Bailey's really elevates this to be amazing. Right before serving I added chopped pecans on top. I split into 6 servings. What a treat!!!

So good! I used unsweetened cocoa powder and almost 1/4 c monk fruit but I don’t think it needed that much. I’ll put less next time. Topped it with a little natural peanut butter and dark choc chips. Thanks for sharing this! Definitely hit the spot!

Thumbs up. I tweaked it, but the recipe served as a good base to start with. I dialed backed the dark cocoa because I didn't want such a huge caffeine hit & I also wanted to reduce the argenine; so I used a heaping 1/4 cup instead; next time I might try regular cocoa rather than the dark in attempt to make it more milky & less bitter. I also used cream instead of almond milk b/c I dislike all plant-based milk as it doesn't work for me. I also added 1 - 2 Tbsp of agave to make it taste like a true sweet chocolate pudding.

I know. I know that the agave brings the carb count up, but I just kept my serving size in check. And for me, it is what it took for me to get that real chocolate pudding experience & once the craving had been met, I was satisfied. Don't have to go searching for something else to satisfy my sweet tooth. Plus I rather eat this with all its nutrients, rather than conventional gmo filled sugar & cornstarch. 💙

Texture is perfect, but way too much cocoa powder makes it bitter! Other recipes call for half that amount! I’m going to try and doctor it to get rid of the bitterness.

I just made this. I'm actually eating it right now. Wanted to try it before printing the recipe. This one is going in the KEEP folder! Wow!! I haven't, but it shouldn't be too hard to do. This pudding recipe could probably be modified for it. You'd just need some pistachio flavoring to add instead of the cocoa for the pudding part. Then I'd add a nut based crust and some keto whipped cream topping.
