This is an absolute delicious light fluffy dessert. It would be excellent for breakfast too. Perfect creamy texture and sweet with lots of strawberry flavour. Luckily I don’t have to share mine with anyone so I divide into 7 bowls to last for a week.

You don't have to use grass-fed gelatin if you can't find it. Knox gelatin packet work too.

Strawberry heaven! I just made this using my fresh frozen strawberries, which cut the time needed in the fridge by half. Though it was also a great consistency straight from my processor (I may have consumed half a serving right then....). Thank you for another fantastic recipe that the whole family loves!
