I actually found an organic peanut butter which has only 2 Net Carbs! It is one of BJ's (a large warehouse store like Costco) It is their brand and it is on the thin side so I have to stir it each time. However, for 2 Tablespoons and only 3 net carbs together with 0 net carbs on Aldi's keto as well as Choc Zero's low carb, it makes a nice lunch!
