I use coconut flour for myself, but have a family member with a coconut allergy.  I need to be careful not to use it in recipes my family member may eat.  Also, what is the is serving size (1 cookie)?  I did not see that in the nutritional info, but I could have missed it.  Thank you for sharing your keto and low-carb recipes.
