					<description><![CDATA[I followed the recipe exactly except for adding a few more pepperoncinis and a little more juice. This was so delicious! The first time, I ate it over riced cauliflower.  Now, I toast a slice of low carb bread, add the meat and gravy on top and eat it with a knife and fork. I’m going to add caramelized onions and mushrooms to the pot next time I make this.
