					<description><![CDATA[These are very tasty! Pair it with ice cream or whipped cream that is sugar free.  I love the pecan and butter with the brown sugar Swerve. That really hides the erythritol aftertaste. 
I made it an 9x13 sized pan and had to TRIPLE the batch size. I doubled and it did not cover the pan so had to go back and make another batch of crust dough etc. It does crumble easily when cut. You have to gently see saw cut the bars. Even then I did make it crumble a little.]]></description>
