These are so good! It is my first year being keto, and I have loved the original version, made with honey, for most of my life. Now these will be my favorite! I made three batches this season. Thanks for a great recipe!

Taste very much like the original. First time I made them I misread the recipe and used regular sugar substitute and they really had a "chemical taste". The second time was as the recipe called for and they were very delicious.

Do you roll them warm like regular snowballs, or do you wait until they’ve completely cooled to roll them in swerve?

The recipe says both. You might want to correct it.

These were amazing!! I subbed walnuts for the pecans just because that's what my family prefers, but they honestly liked these better than the non-keto version that I've made for years!

All I can say about these powder balls is that they are dangerous! I love Mexican wedding cookies but couldn't have them since switching to keto. Took a chance on this recipe and oh my goodness are they delicious. Normally only make these for holidays but these are going to be a keeper in my freezer at all times.
