					<description><![CDATA[I love this recipe and we travel in an RV in the summer.  I was able to cook this in an instant pot on sauté and it worked perfectly. I followed the recipe exactly but for ease on the road I used the bags of coleslaw and tubed ginger.  I have one of those meat mash tool made popular with pampered chef and used it to brown the meat ginger, garlic etc. I removed the meat as instructed and I put in one bag of coleslaw and mashed it down and mixed until cooked, then I gradually added the second bag until cooked through. I finished adding the rest of the ingredients then re-added the ground beef and it was perfect.  Dish only gets better on the second day as leftovers!]]></description>

Nice change up from the usual breakfast fare.]]></description>
