					<description><![CDATA[What flavor(s) do these flours give?  Can they be used with yeast?
I have type2 diabetes, and am trying to find a way to help with my bread weakness. (lol)  Sugar I have no problem leaving alone, my biggest weakness are bread, and potatoes.  :)]]></description>
