Thank you so much for having such unique recipes that mimic foods full of
Carbs! As someone has said.. the internet is full of quiche and frittata recipes and egg- everything gets old so fast.
Your use of almond flour and coconut flour make your recipes unique .. honestly they look so yummy and I cannot it wait to try them. You expanded my (limited) low carb world!!!

I adore your savory options!! I am going to try to make these ( have to buy a muffin pan- never owned one bc not a sugar person - but love the thought of savory bread/muffin).

I will also try to make keto/ keto friendly mozzarella sticks.
When I travel to LA my guilty pleasure is pretzel wetzler pepperoni pizza pretzel and the pizza bites. I wonder if you could make a keto version of those? These muffins look very similar to the pizza bites, maybe I will just get a mini muffin pan.
Thank you for opening up my culinary and diet world. I have to avoid wheat because it bloats me and although I’m fit wheat and sugar make me gain weight immediately! It’s honestly carbs or abs as I tell my friends ;)

I've been successful using psyllium eggs and gelatin eggs work if you fluff them up and fold them into the batter. However, using egg replacers does take some experimenting based on my experience.
