The problem with the healthy sweeteners is that while they do not raise blood glucose, they do increase insulin production (and subsequent liver glucose production to maintain a minimum blood glucose level).

Thus, I suggesting that people be warned to go easy on Stevia and sugar alcohols.]]></description>
