The perfect pumpkin muffin! These bake up beautifully and taste as good as the muffins my mom always baked. My husband doesn’t like pumpkin anything so I thought I safely had a batch of muffins to enjoy myself. He got brave and tried one. Next thing I knew, they were gone. These will be a staple for me.
