I found this recipe when I was googling what to do with shirataki noodles; I'm not necessarily following a keto diet. It's 11 degrees outside with about a foot of snow on the ground. This is perfect! It's surprisingly simple and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful, warming recipe. I'm sure I will make this many more times.

Such a good base. It’s easily altered and still yummy.
First time using these noodles. So happy to find a ramen replacement.

Made this soup tonight. The only change is that I added some chicken breast.
It was excellent. Even my picky boys had seconds!
