Bake warm, flaky, keto dinner rolls with your next dinner! They are super versatile and you can enjoy them with almost every meal.

Ingredients

▢ 1 ¼ cups almond flour ▢ 2 ounces cream cheese ▢ 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ▢ 1 teaspoon baking powder ▢ 1 large egg ▢ ¼ cup sour cream ▢ ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum ▢ pinch of salt ▢ 2 tablespoons butter melted

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.

Heat for 30 seconds at a time until well combined and completely melted. Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.

Blend the mixture on high until a well combined dough has formed. Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 8 separate rolls.

Bake for 20 minutes. Brush the tops with melted butter while still hot.
