A dairy free low carb raspberry avocado smoothie that’s sure to be loved by all. So delicious, the kids will never know it has healthy avocado in it.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pit removed
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp low carb sugar substitute I like to use 1/8 teaspoon liquid stevia extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries or other low carb frozen berries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy with a straw!
