In medium bowl combine baby spinach, strawberries and almonds.
In small bowl or cup, blend remaining ingredients to make dressing.
Divide salad into four servings. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.

Roughly chopping the baby spinach before mixing it in will make it easier to eat.Add vinaigrette only to the salad that will be eaten right away. Salad with dressing will get soggy.Replace the strawberries with your favorite fruit. Other berries work well too. But you can also add a couple slices of higher carb fruits like apples and mandarin oranges.
