Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 5 drops vanilla stevia drops
  • 2 tablespoons plain whole milk Greek yogurt use coconut cream for dairy free
  • ¼ teaspoon glucomannon or xanthan gum (optional thickeners)
  • ¼ cup crushed ice optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. I find that a stick blender works best and is the easiest to clean.
