Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs hardboiled and chopped
  • ¾ cup celery diced (about 3 stalks)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • 14 ounces tuna canned

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Serve on lettuce leaf, cabbage leaf, or low carb wrap. Store in refrigerator up to 7 days.

Relish is a good add in.
Mashed avocado works well as a substitute for the mayonnaise and or sour cream.
For dairy-free, sub out the sour cream with mashed avocado or use all mayonnaise.
