Place the pork rinds into a food processor or blender, and pulse until broken into fine crumbs.
Put the pork rind crumbs into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Add the breadcrumbs to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until needed.
