Ingredients

  • 3 oz. plain pork rinds
  • 3 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the pork rinds into a food processor or blender, and pulse until broken into fine crumbs.
  • Put the pork rind crumbs into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine well.
  • Add the breadcrumbs to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until needed.

Store them in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature. They will last about 3 months in your pantry.
