A tasty low-carb French toast bagel that's sure to please. It's perfect with butter spread on top! This low-carb bagel is great for breakfast on the go.

Blend together eggs, butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple extract, stevia, and salt.
Combine coconut flour with baking powder and guar or xanthan gum (if using).
Whisk coconut flour mixture into batter until there are no lumps.
Spoon into a greased donut pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
