					<description><![CDATA[All in all this is a keeper.  Will definitely make again with a lil tweaks.  Need to up the old bay and salt.

I subbed zucchin instead of eggplant.  Made it a little watery.  What could I do to combat this?  Salt the zucchin like u would the eggplant and let sit for awhile b4 putting in casserole?  Add oil heavy cream to thicken it up?]]></description>
