<p>I've used the <a href="https://sukrinusa.com/product/sesame-flour/?aff=3" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow ugc">Sukrin sesame flour</a> which used to be available online but it's currently out of stock. You could try making your own in a coffee grinder.</p>

Sesame flour goes really well in ethnic dishes and it helps giving structure to low carb versions of middle-eaastern meatballs, fillings for whole chicken cooked in thajine, or even vegetable fritters balancing the bitter taste with spices and/or bittersweet sugarfree sauces (but playing with the amount will help to balance all the flavors and get a mild and warm aroma, or even a quite neutral taste in some cases such as if using just a bit of defatted sesame flour to coat -and then toss- meat of fish for frying or roasting.
