					<description><![CDATA[Delicious and nice way to let the pork chop shine.  Made exactly as written.  Wish I had more thyme to flavor the butter sauce.  My only question was how long it would take to finish in the oven.  I had two 1-1/2 inch chops and after searing both sides well, I needed less than 5 minutes in the oven.  Will make these again often!]]></description>
