Love the jam but never dry chia seeds although all you have to do is same as every other time you use chia seeds - soak them the night before in water and they swell and lose their hardness. Made the jam with mixed berries, soaked chia seeds and monk fruit sweetener with erythritol as it has little aftertaste compared with other sweeteners and doesn’t raise your blood sugar levels.
