Love this recipe so much! I've made it twice and the only difference is I add more heavy cream to avoid any dryness. In this time of isolation and quarantine, I've been craving these again but I'm out of chocolate chips. I'm considering making the dough again but omitting the chips and rolling it in a cinnamon and sweetener mixture to make snickerdoodle dough balls instead! thanks for this easy and tasty treat!!

Just made a batch for the first time today I followed the recipe almost exactly I used sugar free syrup as I dont have the other syrup and I added 1 teaspoon low carb brown sugar substitute. Tasted amazing! Really going to help me resist the urge for regular cookies!

Ok yeah, you are right about that... original receipt ( well appreciated) but... soo dry.
I ended up adding- 1/2 cup coconut milk and entire brick of cream cheese, another. 1/2 c butter, little mct oil.... oh and a tbsp of almond butter.. just gritty.. I would ABSOLUTELY only use 1/2 cup of coconut flour, if that. It’s a tough flour to use on uncooked items.. oh extra vanilla & monk fruit to make up for extra ingredients.. ended up not too bad. But.. to each his/her own. Just made the most expensive little balls on earth! Lol ...

I made this recipe today with a little modification and it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! I didn't have chocolate chips so I made it with 1/4 cup cocoa and used about 30 drops of liquid stevia. I think they would be perfection rolled in unsweetened coconut!!

Made these last night, quick and easy. I love the slight coconut-y flavor they have. My kids were excited that it was not almond flour because they could take these to school. Perfect for a little fix of something sweet-ish when I need it and it makes enough for several days (with 2 boys I'm lucky it's not hours) worth of treats!
