could you suggest something to substitute for the shredded coconut?  I love coconut oil, but I have texture issues with actual dried flaked or shredded coconut.  I can chew hard stuff like seeds or nuts etc, but I just gag on dried coconut flesh(Coconut flour is not a problem for me, go figure). It&#039;s actually embarrassing when I was enjoying a nice nut bar with friends and I look like I&#039;m choking and then read the ingredient list to see coconut flakes.  If this can&#039;t be made without it then I&#039;ll accept that, but all the other ingredients look great.  or maybe there is a similar recipe you have.
