No score just yet. I too felt the info on the crockpot might have led you to forget mentioning if the eggplant needs to be peeled. Making today, but will need to search elsewhere for an answer. First time cooking eggplant. Let you know how it turns out. 👍

I was too lazy to layer all the ingredients, so I just mixed them together like a meatloaf. Turned out great!!

I made this and my family loved it. I also added a cup of uncooked rice before adding the sauce to the top and it was awesome-yummy. Can't wait to make this again.

Cooked this and it turned more into a soup or stew than a casserole. Maybe next time I won't use the whole can of both tomato sauce and paste. It still was very good.
