These are great and easy to make. I made the cinnamon roll recipe first. Then I made the base recipe using peanut flour instead. Since it's only me eating them the recipes are perfect. And I can't express enough how much I loooove having different options to choose from. Thanks so much for these.

Coconut flour waffles tend to be softer than those made with almond or regular flour. You could try toasting them after cooking in the iron if a longer cooking time doesn't get the outside crisp enough.

Any advice on how to cook the waffles so they're crispy? I have no experience with waffles and when I try to make them, they just come out really soft. Should I cook them at high power? I've been cooking them at 3 or 4 (up to a scale of 6) for 3-4 minutes. Wondering if I should cook them at 5 or 6 for less time...?? Thank you! :)

I love that I don't have to grate cheese! The Garlic Bread and Vanilla Chaffles are delicious. I can't wait to make the rest. Are the macros for half the batter or all of it? Thanks.

I'd have to experiment for the right amount, but there's no reason almond flour wouldn't work with some slight modifications.

Such great variations! Do you think almond flour could sub in a 2:! ratio for the coconut flour?

Wow, thank you. I appreciate all the work you went to. We eat a ton of waffles, and it's super nice to have the 1-person portion size figured out! Can't wait to try several variations! :)
