These were wonderful! Thank you so much the recipe. I just made a double recipe for my sister-in-law who is coming to visit tomorrow and is keto. I used olive oil, a bit less salt (and it was plenty) and chopped fresh rosemary. I think next time I would even put more rosemary and do a triple recipe instead of a double, as it doesn't make a huge amount. Thank you again. This is a keeper.

It depends on the size of the crackers, but I usually get a dozen or more in a serving.

I've made some other of your recipes and they're great. These crackers look excellent and I'm about to make them. I'm hoping you might have a measurement using grams for the serving. Or maybe you could tell me approximately how many 1-inch crackers make a half cup?

You should be able to just sub the sunflower seeds out with almond flour or another finely ground nut. I just like the flavor sunflower seeds add.

I'd like to try these but I'm allergic to sunflower seeds. What else could I use instead? I saw that you said that chia seeds would work but would need to use a smaller amount? How much? I don't get what a smaller amount means.

If the coconut oil isn't too hard, I don't bother melting it. But I don't think it matters either way.

Just made these crackers and followed the recipe exactly. You didn't say whether the coconut oil should be liquid or not, so I used liquid. They turned out really well! Mine actually took 18 minutes to start to brown slightly around the edges, and I have a convection oven. I think every oven cooks differently and I know for me, I always have to play around with times for things baking. This time, I just made the plain crackers, but I'm excited now to try different flavors such as garlic. Thank you!

Lisa these are by far the BEST crackers I’ve tried so far!
I had everything except for coconut oil so I substituted it with olive oil and it worked out well!
Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!

The recipe states to cook until edges are brown (10-15 minutes) so it agrees with others. It's best to keep an eye on them. I find the longer you bake, the crisper they get.
