So close to 5 stars! Restaurant quality...with a few tweaks.

This was delicious for the whole family - with regular rice for the carb-eaters and cauliflower rice for me! Reheated the next day nicely. I did run into a few issues. By resolving these, the recipe becomes 5 stars:

The curry paste ingredients were not bulky enough for my food processor or Vitamix to grab hold and make a paste out of it. I had to add liquid in order for anything beyond chopping to happen. Next time I'll still add some water but will do it with an immersion blender in a jar. Hopefully that will result in a better paste.

The sauce at the end was really thin, so I took my immersion blender to it to buzz in most of the turnips to thicken the sauce. Next time I'll do the same, but will also use coconut cream instead of coconut milk.

Thanks so much for this and your other excellent recipes!
