I used 1/2 cup whole psyllium husks then finely ground them. If you use powder, it&#039;s about half (1/4) but using the weight (60g) is a lot more accurate than volume.]]></description>

Lisa, I’ve made other psyllium husk breads. I helps me to let it cool on the pan’s side.

You should be able to up the psyllium and or flaxmeal and omit the chia seeds.]]></description>
