					<description><![CDATA[I boiled down 2 cups of apple juice to make 1 cup and used 24 ounces of frozen cranberries (no fresh are available). I thawed the cranberries completely and drained the liquid and dried the cranberries very well.  At this point, I followed the directions here without adding any sweetener other than the apple juice.  Everything worked out perfectly and they still have a little tartness but I love them like that.]]></description>

After putting the cranberries in the oven, I added some balsamic vinegar to the pan and simmered it with the leftover cranberry liquid, let cool, and added avocado and olive oil to make a complimentary keto vinaigrette dressing.]]></description>
