I decided to make a batch of salt and vinegar baked cucumber chips with all the produce!
With all the cucumbers lying around, I figured I better find a good use
If you don’t have a dehydrator, you can bake them at a low temperature in a regular oven as well.
So, I pulled my
out of storage so I could make some.
This recipe uses only whole ingredients – you probably already have all of them in your pantry.
How to Make Homemade Cucumber Chips
The very first thing you need to do is slice the cucumbers really thin.
Then, dry the cucumbers with a paper towel.
After they are dry, put them in a large bowl and toss them with the oil, vinegar, and salt.
Allow the slices to cool before serving.
If you are using a dehydrator, place the slices on trays and dry at 125-135°F for 10-12 hours or until they are crispy.
