Low carb yum
This homemade blueberry fruit leather recipe is sweetened with low-carb stevia or monk fruit. So it's a much better healthy snack for you!
Step 1
Place blueberries and stevia in food processor. Puree until it is smooth.
Step 2
Pour 1 ½ to 2 cups of puree on to center of Teflex or plastic wrap covered food dehydrator trays. Spread puree out on tray.
Step 3
Place prepared trays into food dehydrator with the temperature set at 135 degrees F. Average drying time is 4 to 6 hours. When leather is dried, it will be a little shiny and non-sticky to the touch.
Step 4
Allow leather to cool and peel it from the tray. Cut into strips.
Step 5
