Breakfast is about to become your favorite meal of the day, thanks to this cabbage hash browns recipe. It's so crispy and salty that you won't miss the potatoes at all!
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with the exception of the oil.
Heat a layer of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
When the oil is hot, form the cabbage mixture into pancakes, and drop them into the skillet.
Brown on both sides until crispy.
