Frozen cauliflower in the air fryer is a quick and easy recipe to make any day of the week! This veggie-based recipe is keto-friendly, packed full of flavorful seasonings, and ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces frozen cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Add the frozen cauliflower to a large mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet or tray.
  • Place into the air fryer, and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
