For a weeknight dinner that's prepped in just a few minutes, you need to try my sheet pan steak fajitas. With tender steak, low-carb veggies, and homemade fajita seasoning, this meal is bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sirloin steak cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ Medium Onion sliced
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the steak and vegetables to a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the ingredients with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings into the mixing bowl, and toss everything to combine well.
  • Spread the ingredients onto a parchment lined sheet pan, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the steak is done to your liking.
  • Serve alone, or on low carb tortillas with your choice of toppings.
