For a weeknight dinner that's prepped in just a few minutes, you need to try my sheet pan steak fajitas. With tender steak, low-carb veggies, and homemade fajita seasoning, this meal is bursting with flavor!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the steak and vegetables to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the ingredients with the olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasonings into the mixing bowl, and toss everything to combine well.
Spread the ingredients onto a parchment lined sheet pan, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the steak is done to your liking.
Serve alone, or on low carb tortillas with your choice of toppings.
