Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dried basil
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, dried basil, paprika, onion powder, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the salmon in a large bowl, and pour the marinade over the top.
  • Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill.
  • Grill the salmon for 8-12 minutes until evenly seared on both sides and cooked to your liking.
