Put a spin on traditional nuggets with these ultra nutritious (and tasty) air fryer salmon bites! This recipe is low in carbs and high in flavor with sugar-free honey, umami soy sauce, and a fool-proof seasoning combo.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Add the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste, to a mixing bowl with the salmon pieces. Toss to coat well.
Marinate the salmon until the air fryer comes to temperature.
Place the salmon bites into a well greased tray or pan, and air fry for 6-8 minutes per batch, or until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
