In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until smooth and creamy.
Add the tahini and sour cream and mix well.
pour the avocado puree, chopped cilantro, jalapeño, garlic and lime juice into a blender and mix until creamy.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To keep the guacamole from turning brown, cover it with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole to seal out air.
If you prefer a chunkier texture, simply mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the remaining ingredients by hand.
You can adjust the amount of jalapeño used depending on how spicy you want the guacamole to be.
