Ingredients

  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 garlic heads
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 grams fresh italian parsley

  • Marinate the oregano in olive oil.
  • Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and spicy chili pepper.
