Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until well combined. Around 3 minutes on high speed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper according to your preference.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve and enjoy!
