¼cupunsweetened almond or coconut milkadjust as needed

1teaspoonstevia glyceritestevia or monk fruit powder can also be used
Instructions
Cream butter with electric mixer.
Add powdered sweetener and cocoa powder, mix until combined.
Slowly add unsweetened milk while beating until incorporated.
Blend in vanilla and stevia until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
You can probably whip it up by hand, but it will take so much longer. Using an electric mixer speeds up the process and keeps you from wearing out.Don't just add all the milk at once. Add it into the frosting slowly until it is completely incorporated into the frosting.Store the frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
