  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In blender or food processor, combine avocado, butter, chocolate syrup, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend in eggs.
  • Add in coconut flour, cocoa flour, sea salt and baking soda. Pulse until combined.
  • Grease or line and 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or parchment paper.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool on rack.
  • Cut into 16 squares. Store covered in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
