Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados about 1.5 cups mashed
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup low carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In blender or food processor, combine avocado, butter, sweetewner, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend in eggs.
  • Add in almond butter, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking soda. Pulse until combined.
  • Grease or line and 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or parchment paper.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Allow to cool on rack.
  • Cut into 16 squares. Store covered in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
