Remove from heat or place chocolate melter on warm.
Stir in stevia and monk fruit extracts.
Add peanuts.
Using a spoon, drop by tablespoonful onto parchment lined pan. Let set to harden.
Remove from parchment paper and store covered in the refrigerator.

Monk fruit enhances the taste of stevia. To use all stevia, replace monk fruit with about 12 drops additional stevia.Entire recipe needs about ⅓ cup sugar equivalent. Use that as a guide and adjust to taste with preferred sweetener. Note that a erythritol sweetener may result in a crystallization if too much is used.
