Ingredients

  • 4 bags matcha green tea I used Lean Green blend
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup low carb sugar substitute I used Confectioners
  • 1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Steep green tea in water for about 3-5 minutes. Remove bags.
  • Add sweetener, almond milk, and chia seeds to brewed tea. Stir well.
  • Continue to stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
  • Divide into serving dishes if desired. Chill until completely set.
